  Following the success of its Chordiant Developers' Forum, eCentric Media has launched an online Ab Initio
  Professionals' Discussion Forum, for those implementing the general purpose data processing platform for

  news and information about Chordiant, the CRM business process operations and management software
  solutions company.

  The live Chordiant news RSS feed provides the wider Chordiant developer community with an easily
  accessible single location from which all the latest Chordiant headlines and news summaries can be viewed,
  provides one-click links to the original news sources and the story in full, and is freely available for
  syndication.

  The Chordiant RSS feed continues to demonstrate eCentric Media's commitment to using its resources and
  technical expertise to advance knowledge and best practice amongst the Chordiant Developer community,
  and is preceded by the company's Chordiant Discussion Forum, the first to be hosted and supported by
  Chordiant professionals for Chordiant professionals, that was launched back in April.

  At the start of its fifth year of operations, eCentric Media has reported a 24% increase in turnover for
  2004.

  "The Directors of eCentric are absolutely delighted with the financial results for last year. The challenge

  eCentric Media has contributed to a special CRM feature in the March-April issue of European CEO magazine
  discussing the pivotal decision factors involved in selecting a CRM systems integration specialist.

  The article "Making the Most of CRM", which is based on an interview with Nick Holt, a founding Director of
  eCentric Media, addresses the common pitfalls that companies should avoid when sub-contracting the
  integration phase of their CRM implementation and advocates that the key to successful CRM systems
  integration is in the selection of an systems integration specialist who is willing to take ownership of the
  integration exercise and applies a holistic philosophy to the CRM opportunity.

  eCentric Media today announced the launch of a new online Chordiant Developer Discussion Forum.
  This is the first Chordiant Developers' forum to be hosted and supported by Chordiant professionals
  for Chordiant professionals.

  The forum provides a community platform for technical discussion and knowledge exchange about
  Chordiant's CRM suite of software products. Through the interactive message boards, the forum will
  advance best practice for the installation, configuration, deployment, development and integration of
