Chordiant Forum 04 March 2005

eCentric Media has contributed to a special CRM feature in the March-April issue of European CEO magazine
discussing the pivotal decision factors involved in selecting a CRM systems integration specialist.

The article "Making the Most of CRM", which is based on an interview with Nick Holt, a founding Director of
eCentric Media, addresses the common pitfalls that companies should avoid when sub-contracting the
integration phase of their CRM implementation and advocates that the key to successful CRM systems
integration is in the selection of an systems integration specialist who is willing to take ownership of the
integration exercise and applies a holistic philosophy to the CRM opportunity.

eCentric Media's contribution to the CRM feature in European CEO magazine is the latest in a series of
initiatives, which includes the publication of a best practice CRM systems integration white paper and the
hosting and support of a Chordiant developers' technical discussion forum, that eCentric Media has
undertaken to demonstrate its commitment to promoting best practice in the Chordiant and Ab Initio
  systems integration industry.

"The request for an interview by a publication such as European CEO underlines the importance of the
contribution eCentric Media is making to the CRM systems integration sector and we were delighted to be
able to share the insights we have gained when implementing CRM for major blue chip clients with European
  CEO's readers", explained Nick Holt.
