Abinitio 16 December 2004

eCentric Media has launched a new Critical CRM Decisions Best Practice Series. The company has
published the first White Paper in this collection entitled, "Choosing Your Systems Integration Specialist".

Based upon eCentric Media's founding principles that consultancies best serve the end client by adopting a
holistic approach to the CRM opportunity and accepting ownership of the integration exercise, this first
White Paper discusses the common pitfalls companies should avoid when undertaking the selection
process for an Ab Initio or Chordiant integration specialist. It is aimed at businesses sub-contracting
the integration phase of their CRM implementation, helping them make an informed choice for the
benefit of their project as opposed to the software vendor or integration specialist.

"With extensive experience of integrating our clients' CRM systems, we at eCentric Media identified a
common theme in the types of questions companies typically ask us both prior to commencing and
during the implementation of their CRM vision", said Bev Kinahan, Head of Marketing. "It is our intention
that by providing insight and potential solutions to these shared, yet fundamental issues we have
produced what we believe to be a definitive guide to the CRM integration process".

All White Papers that are published in eCentric Media's Critical CRM Decisions Best Practice Series
are available free of charge in a variety of formats including html, downloadable .pdf and print-friendly.
The full version of the White Paper "Choosing Your Systems Integration Specialist" can be viewed here.
